People that lost levels - PLEASE READ HERE

This is more of a special case for me really. Doesn't count as levels lost but it was an unnecessary gain of cash and FR-pills that shouldn't have happened. The cause of this was being on the test server (HonorCode requested my help, look below for the chat if you want more information) itself in which unintentionally saved the cash and fr-pills I had on there and replaced the cash and fr-pills i had on the main database.

What's been affected
- Cash (Cash before joining event server was $11,290,928) (Cash after joining event server was $100,026,829)
- Fr-Pills (Fr-Pills before joining event server was 42,280) (Fr-Pills after joining event server was 100,000,516)

What's NOT been affected
- Level (Was 220 before joining event server) (Still was 220 after joining event server)
- Everything to do with the clan in terms of...
- Clan Cash (Apart from the small increase, due to gameplay, not an increase worth considering its affected by a lot)
- Victory Points (Victory Points didn't change at all during my time before, during and after the event server)
- Inventory, apart from the 100 eggs gained earlier on. (Inventory was about the same as before, except for the +100 eggs gained from doing today's quest)
- Upgrades, Skills and Buffs gained. (Not affected at all during my time before, during and after the event server)

I was connected to the Easter Event server and then I connected to EU COOP and lost my level..., again. Not sure what is going here.



EDIT: Played a bit for fun until my level is restored and I noticed something odd. On EU COOP and Event Server the new Zapping Gun buff shows in my buff list but it is missing when I am playing on ASIA COOP. Very odd.

 

Thx Mute but just one thing, my FR-Pills shows zero now I should have 17860

I was at level 199, around 300k left until the next level, then when I go to vs server to test something, my level went down to level 10. I lost my cash and all of my FR pills, my cash was around 860k dropped to around 740 and my pills were from 2710 dropped to 0.

Other things are fine. Please help, and thank you.

Edit: Sorry admins. When I look at my latest screenshot, my cash was around 915k.

Mute already knows about the level loss problem caused by going on EU VS where HonorCode may have been recently on or after going on due to being on the testing server (the problems aren't exactly 100% accurate). posted here anyway so the others know

Been at level 220 for a while since near the end of last year.

The last backup save I had before things went wrong:
Level 220 (Once you fix it can you add onto it: 137 levels of exp)
Cash: $13257575 (Once you fix it can you add onto it: $68133 cash)
FR-pills: 52984 (Once you fix it can you add onto it: 65 FR-pills)

Stats that I got reset to and not meant to have:
Level 10 -> Level 137 (Updated)
Cash: $741 -> $68133 (Updated)
FR-pills: 0 -> 65 (Updated)

Everything in terms of upgrades,skills,buffs,clan,!inv is the same as it was with the latest backup and with the current unwanted !cp now.

I also face a problem that lost my lvl and stat on VS server.

Sadly, i got my stat overwritten by VS server one, i cant get my stat screen shot in COOP anymore.

my lvl is back to 10 when i started to play VS.
I checked that my case is same as timkit one. My buff, skill, upgrade, inv, mission are all fine. But lvl, money and pills got overwritten.

 

Maybe the update is got overwriten by my last game again, i just end my last game few minutes ago. Therefore my data is not fixed now. Here is my lastest screen shot on COOP EU:

It's a minor loss that I can earn back easily with the next set of daily quests or by battling out the tanks for it. However I might as well post it here since the exp loss was related to quests.

To sum up what i've lost
- almost 7 million exp from completing the daily quests
- all other things in terms of !cp remain similar or exactly the same as they were a few hours ago.

took a screenshot of something for one of my guides, I wasn't until now that I noticed from this screenshot that the bar was lower than the bar above in the 1st screenshot. This meant that I had exp loss since leaving the Scenario server right after I completed my quests.

all the players on that server got stats reset.

 

EDIT: You can safely ignore this post now.

What Shaikh Nedab pretty much means here is that anything we gained from the Soldier Tank Scenario got reset back to what it was before we even did the Scenario from the very beginning.

Current !cp is about the same as this screenshot from last night on VS (thats the latest I could get, didn't screenshot my !cp at the end of the Soldier Tank scenario before we all got disconnected)

Posting here for A-sin. he experienced a level loss again since he joined on ASIA VS, from the first screenshot his stats were last fine on the Scenario server.



The second screenshot below shows his current level on ASIA VS, which is what counts as a level loss. Don't know if anything else was affected, but wouldn't hurt to check his cash and FR pills.
